In the US where I am, the category of such help would be "personal assistant". I suspect you would need only a little bit of part time help here and there, so this would be affordable. Individuals do it freelance - you don't need an expensive service. Even a college kid can probably help you. On the embarrassment part, I get it, it stings, no two ways about it. But it's a real disability and there is not much you can do about it right now. Don't be any more embarrassed about it that if you were in a wheelchair. Your neurology as it relates to speaking simply does not work right. One thing you can do to compensate is be the best damn engineer you can, so that the hassle of someone needing to read your text while you talk is a minor deal in light of the high quality work you bring to the table.
