Here's something that has helped me: figure out your words that you stutter on and avoid using them in certain situations or work on obtaining a certain level of fluency. For example, I have issues on saying words with the sounds "eh" or "o", like "hello" "hey" or "how are you" . Which is a big issue since I work at a grocery store. But I found if I make a sound before that certain word I don't stutter on it. If I say "good morning how are you?" Or "gello" or "gey" it doesn't block for me. I don't know what it is about the "h" but I can't say words after that letter for some reason. Hope this helps.
