A good approach is to have a meeting with: your parents, your teachers & the speech therapist so that everyone knows what is going on. Make a plan and stick to it. Most importantly, focus on living and not your stutter. The more you focus on your stutter, the more you will stutter. I no longer care what people think of my stutter. If I have a block, I just breathe and then speak. No biggie. YOU GOT THIS!!! (Take it from a person who has been stuttering for 43 years and who has a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and I train thousands of people per year in huge auditoriums)
