I hear you. It's a struggle and we want to get through it somehow. Perhaps other users will recommend some stuff you can try, or perhaps you can keep reading in other threads and find something - but I don't personally feel comfortable trying to "instruct" you in anything. It's not my place. The Discord mentioned above has loads of stuttering users too. :)
