I'm in my late 30s and my fluency varies widely nowadays. I get moments of almost 'normal fluency' and other times where it's a real struggle to finish a sentence; sometimes I can't say everything I want to! Man I remember a moment in the car with my father earlier this year chatting and I just enjoyed a moment of pure fluency where it felt like my speech muscles were 'loosened' and free! I was able to rattle off anything I wanted and spoke clearly! I certainly enjoyed that minute! I remember with fondness and longing some years in my life from age 9-12 where my stuttering was all but gone until returning once I hit puberty. I wish you the best and hope your fluency remains!
