Freedom, It's probably only funny to those of us who have made peace with or stuttering. Reading the pain of some younger stutterers on this site breaks my heart. They are willing to feign muteness rather than risk ridicule. Some are neglecting education in fear that couldn't compete professionally. There are those who are contemplating suicide. Toughening up comes with our success in life and not even all mature stutterers ever achieve that level of comfort even in their maturity. Best, Sue
