The teacher will take it into consideration, its not something they can mark you down for. In addition to that fact I suggest you talk to the teacher in private and ask if you can do it in a situation where you're most comfortable. When I had to do mine in school I asked if I could do it alone with just the teacher, while wearing a pair of headphones with music on, this helped distract me from the stress and it could possibly help you too.
