I don’t really approach them. I mean if we happen to have a convo I don’t bring up that I also stutter (I’m a covert stutterer so if you didn’t know I stuttered you probably wouldn’t know). I just speak to them how I would anyone. Obvi not speaking for them, rushing them, or making it awkward. Sorry if this isn’t much help.
