I think you misunderstood him.As far as i understand he was saying that a dog doesn't even think about the next thing he is gonna do like the stutterer goes through 1000 thoughts when about to say a sentence for example am i gonna stutter at this word panic or anxiety things like that,thats what i think he is asking.
