trump I can’t shake it, but does anyone feel like trump sounds like a covert stutterer? maybe it’s a possible mental decline- but he’s still obviously very sharp. But his flow these past years reminds me of someone who has a covert stutter and kinda just repeats the same thing over again also saying sentences oddly to avoid the stammer.
