Yes it’s a never ending cycle. Being anxious makes me stutter, and stuttering makes me anxious. I’ve learned that when I tell myself “idgaf what people think what’s the worst they can do chirp me/bully me for stuttering?” I have a lot more confidence in speaking which overall helps my fluidity in speech. Kind of an extreme mindset to have but it works for me
