The only thing keeping you from achieving things is yourself. You clearly have a very negative outlook on your situation and as a result you are negative about yourself. Accepting your stutter would be a very positive thing for you, and anyone else who stutters. From my personal experience, I know people who stutter who went on to become a doctor, college professor, engineer, director, financial advisor, teacher, SLP, and more. Most of these people have/had a significant other, kids, etc. My point is you'll never achieve what you want to achieve until you accept your stutter. It's really not as bad as you think.
