Has anyone successfully stopped blocking on their name?

Has anyone successfully stopped blocking on their name? Just curious if and how this has been done in the past. My name starts with a D so easy onset doesnt really apply - I’ve been struggling with this for 15 yrs and no amount of speech therapy has helped. I always have a severe 10 second block when introducing myself unless Im on the phone (minor block) or I’m completely caught off guard.
