Hi there. I know the feeling all too well, for me, when my stuttering started to improve was when I hit my lowest and wasn't sure I could take anymore. Being terrified to go to school, then work, and any time I had to speak publicly for that matter. I still block/stutter when I am stressed, but it is far better than ever before. Personally I feel like my only cure was exposure therapy. God Damm it is hard, but being forced to push through it, somehow, made me better. Also, being very busy. Example. If I had to wait for a phone to ring for 30 minutes and it finally rang I would be doomed, but if there was a never ending supply of phone calls I never blocked once. It was like the only time I would stutter is if I had time to be stressed about stuttering. Does that make sense? Anyway, my best regards, and you have one hell of a community that knows the true pain we all go through. Hope everything works out for you! -Caleb
