First you have to practice reading it aloud and find out which are the words you are struggling with the most (for me it's words that start with n,a,e,i,u) Then you can change the words by using a synonym or something else. This trick works for me and try to slow your speech. And if nothing else works you can just fake a throat injury or infection. Good luck on your presentation.
