No problem! Here’s my explanation for my advice: For the loose tongue part: Try to consciously push your tongue against the roof of your mouth THEN releasing that upward tension. When you feel that upward tension removed, you’ll see what a loose tongue feels like. Specifically, try pushing your tongue up when trying to articulate the sound /k/. You’ll see that it’s impossible to pronounce that sound with the tongue continuously pushing against the roof of the mouth. Now remove that upward tension and articulate the letter with that loose tongue. For the dropped jaw part: Think of what happens during “mewing”. The jaw gets lifted up until there’s no space between the upper and lower teeth and they overlap. Now do the opposite of that. Drop your jaw such that there’s a comfortable space between your upper and lower teeth. The most important thing to do now is to KEEP IT THIS WAY WHILE ARTICULATING ANY SOUND. Even when your mouth gets wide open. It’s gonna feel weird at first, but that’s just because we’re not accustomed to the correct speaking mechanism.
