Does alcohol and smoking make you stutter more

Does alcohol and smoking make you stutter more Hello I’m 22M whenever I’m in sober state I stutter less but if I drink alcohol and smoke I become nervous and stressed due to which I stutter more but I know a guy who has stutter if he does he will speak fluently so it is due to mindset or there is any other reason behind it and it would be helpful if you all share your experiences so I want to know if this happens to everyone or it is just with me.
