I held back doing a teaching or business degree. I was always interested in becoming a teacher since forever. I always thought that my teachers weren't interesting or engaging enough so I always had this idea that I'd be a good teacher that actually cared about the progression of my students. As soon as I entered my senior years of high school I had doubts. This is when I figured maybe I could study business at university. I then thought maybe not as this would require a lot of socialising. I definitely regret not going with one of these professions. I don't think my speech would have held my back in the business world. I have a weak/mild covert stutter and I was probably overthinking it at the time.
