The first thing is to not stress about it. The more you stress, the worse the stuttering will become. It’s like a self perpetuating feedback loop! It’s ok to stutter... ppl don’t notice and definitely don’t care. Slowly exhale before you speak... and start talking whilst you exhale. Dm me any time.
