What’s your experience getting a job with a stutter?

What’s your experience getting a job with a stutter? I’m 18 and I’m at the point where I can’t really avoid getting a job anymore. I’ve always avoided it due to social anxiety, and my stutter which goes hand in hand. Where I’m from it’s all fast food and retail so I don’t have any way around any of that and I’m just really afraid right now :///
