Yes, absolutely disclose your stutter. Research shows that it helps to offset any possible negative impression caused by stuttering, but only if done in a matter of fact way. Don't apologize for it. (My weakness.) This [article](https://www.stutteringtreatment.org/blog/3-basic-rules-of-self-advertising-your-stuttering) has some good examples of self-disclosure in an interview setting, while this [one](https://www.stutteringtreatment.org/blog/disclosing-stuttering-how-is-it-done-and-what-are-the-effects) sums up the positive benefits of self-disclosure. I know they're both from the same site, but it fits in with what I've read and I'm feeling too lazy to start researching.
