It’s a tricky question. I can indeed stop stuttering by using easy onset. The problem with that is that I eeeeeeeeeend uuuuhhhhhhpp taaaaaaaaalking liiiiiiiiiike thiiiiiiis, and honestly I’d rather take the stutter. Sprinkling that technique into conversation is a good move, though. Sure, it’s a drag that we have to be unconscious for a third of the day in order to function properly, but nothing exacerbates my stutter like sleep deprivation, so really try to get in those 8 hours, or however much you need.
