You can see how well the medication protocol works for you by trying it for a month or so ..... however, it didn't work for me. I lowered my default stress naturally through breathwork/journaling/medications, which is the "right" way. It takes lot of time and patience. I've been doing it for couple years now, and I feel much more grounded than before. One cue that I use is to slowwwwwww everything down. I significantly slow down my speech (this is very important), take long-comfortable pauses, I even slow down the pace of my thought, my breathing, and I even imagine my heart rate slowing down .... Do this mental imagery of slowing down for15 mints in the morning, or before any high-pressure situations After implementing this during my work presentations, I started receiving praises on how clear and enjoyable I sounded (honestly I thought it was going to sound boring and drawn-out)...... One coworker even said they loved my pace and tone, and they'll try to use it during their own presentation. Doing all of the things above has given me confidence to show up in 99% of situation that I used to avoid in the past. Working on the remaining 1%
