i know its easier said than done but try your best to calm yourself when reading. take a moment to deep breathe, tell yourself "i can do this", imagine yourself reading without stuttering (this may help with confidence) and carry on. in my experience, reading outloud actually helped with my fluency. i'd pick a 500+ page book and read parts of it every night. i havent done it in a few years, and in those few years ive noticed my stutter getting slighly worse. i think its time i visit my nearest bookshop lol
