Yeah but if there are two candidates and they are totally equal, except candidate A stutters while candidate B speaks normally. Isn't it fair to pick B for the employer? I think it is. I'm a stutterer and I can't judge them for doing that. So in my opinion being a stutterer may affect the chance of getting a job.
