Thank you so much for this! I’ve built up my confidence with speaking so much just in the last year. I’ve accepted my stutter a lot more and realising that I’m never going to speak 100% fluently so why let it bother me? I think the difference with speaking on the phone in a professional setting is that every time I have to call a company about anything, the representative always speaks perfectly. I’m worried that I’ll give the company (I may potentially work for) a bad reputation because of the ‘incompetent girl on the phone’.
