Any tips?

Any tips? First I want to say I am so happy a sub like this exists! I have a speech impediment which causes me to stutter, mostly on vowels and starting up sentences and.. well about everything else to. These past 2 weeks I’ve been stuttering like a bitch on EVERY.FUCKING.WORD. Not one goddamn word comes out of my mouth without f-f-f-f-f-f-f and my stuttering on the letter lasts longer to. Is it because I’m stressed this week? I don’t know and I really need help, it’s been absolutely horrible trying to talk anywhere and I want to go to post secondary and stuff and am not confident whatsoever. I have all A’s which I’m hoping counters it out but I really need any tips I can get to help me not stutter nearly as long or on every word, thanks!
