We all wish, but most likely not likely, if some people do speech therapy early enough it can reduce as you get older but most likely won’t completely go away, they happened with my oldest brother, he did speech therapy as a child and his has gotten a lot better but I did my speech therapy my senior year of high school and my speech is about the same, but it also depends on the person in some instances, my techniques no longer work that my therapist showed me before, I’m grateful as hell but it just no longer helps
