Take every interview you can get. Facing this can help. Interviewing for jobs you don't care about can be a nice stepping stone. I always see people who track the hundreds of resumes they send out, along with the dozens of interviews that they take to get one or two job offers. If you're going to discount yourself because of your stutter, others aren't going to see your value either. Hell, you won't even give them the opportunity. Focus on your value. For all you know, the person giving the interview has a close family member who stutters.
