I think it's so interesting how for people who stutter, one of the most difficult things for us to say is our name. This should say a lot and I feel is worth reflecting on. In addition to this, examine your secondary behaviors. Past the stuttering, the fact you can't immediately say "Ricky," are you maintaining eye contact? How do you feel at that moment? Are you tensing up? What thoughts are you thinking?
