thanks for all the info, I am having to do this all over email with the attorneys. I am waiting on one that seemed really nice to reply, but it is getting to the point where I dont think they are going to write back anymore. One more quick question, do you wait until you have an attorney in place and then file the appeal? Or should I go ahead and make the appeal now? For the "no ground to stand on" one, they asked me in an email what I would tell the judge if I were asked why I am not able to complete any job, even if its not around people. I thought I gave a pretty good answer, but I guess they didnt think so. I think its a good point that if I was alone on a job and there was an accident or something, I would not be able to contact 911 for help in a timely manner. I would struggle on the phone for several minutes trying to give my location and name and whatnot.
