Sorry if this to Woo Last month I noticed my speech had been the worst it's been in over year. Culminating in a flirty situation suddenly going bad. But I had a few other bad block incidents. Admittedly I had been slacking on my routine. Which includes reading aloud, streaming video games, and meditation. So I immediately jumped back into meditation, and it's been a significant improvement I haven't had a block in 2 weeks again. One thing I do that cannot cause harm, but might just be a placebo effect. However I feel it does help me. Is the 741hz solfeiggio frequency. This is the throat Chakra cleansing frequency and I always feel relaxed and more fluent after 10 mins of meditation with this in the background. Feel free to thing this is silly, but i find it helpful.
