I'm looking for phone call targets who aren't bothered by being called

I'm looking for phone call targets who aren't bothered by being called Hello, I'm currently training myself to speak more fluently on the telephone, and I obviously need strangers to call and a topic to talk to them about. So far I've just been calling hostels, asking whether they have vacancy etc. and private people, faking that I was doing some survey or something. The problem is that especially private people are often a bit irritated and seem annoyed when I call them. I obviously don't want to bother people but still need targets to call (about preferably variable topics). Do you have any suggestions? Ah, and another thing would be that I would like to train being called, any ideas here?
