The answer is quite simple. According to WeStutter (website) stuttering is caused by perceived stresses. You asked what you can do daily for 10 minutes. My opinion is to reduce the stresses (anxiety that prevents you fluency, doubt that prevents fluency). If I look in my mind why I stutter, then my mind replies "Stuttering is normal for me". To change this negative thought to an affirmation I can say "Fluent speaking is normal for me". Conclusion: Daily for 10 minutes I repeat all negative and positive affirmations that counter and replace it. Stuttering stresses are unconscious. This will help make them more conscious so you can 'change them'. Most people don't stutter when alone. When you add a person, you stutter caused by stresses, like for example "I cannot say this syllable fluently" "I'm not allowed to speak fluently" "I want to feel blockings because stuttering is my habit". I experience fluency when I change them to "I want/can/am allowed to speak fluently no matter what others think" "I don't care about others if they think that I stutter". Do you share the same experience?
