Hey, I can definitely feel your pain. Every time I have to say something I always have to do a mini rehearsal. It's really exhausting stressing on every word before you say it. Here's something you can try to temporarily get through a word: when you know you're going get stuck on a word, keep repeating the first letter of that word to yourself and then say the entire word in one go. E.g. b-b-b-BREAD. I wouldn't recommend doing that too frequently tho. On the bright side stammer teaches you to think before you speak, in the most extreme way.
