I am using stamurai app, it's decent if you don't have access to speech therapist there. All you need is an android or apple phone with an international payment debit/credit card. It's decent for starters. Stuttering can only be managed by speech therapists, it's not in the domain of psychiatrists. Highly recommend stamurai app or you can find speech therapist virtually in different countries as it's the era of zoom. And you can also watch YouTube videos of common techniques taught in speech therapy.
