Lol. It can be, maybe not 'fixed', but anyone can get better at speaking. The thing is, people dont wanna sacrifice an hour a day, to do that. They all want an easy way out. Its the same with gaining or losing weight, it takes time and effor to achieve it, and even more to maintain it. The easiest thing to do, is to say it cannot be done.
