Doing interviews and stuttering?

Doing interviews and stuttering? What helps you feel more at ease doing job interviews? For me I tend to talk very fast so people tell me to take a breath and slow down…especially doing interviews. i get nervous and sometimes pause for a second then say what I need to say. I struggle with speech confidence… pausing here and there and then feeling bad.
