Well.. I blocked on my name for years, and recently I was in a zoom meeting where I had to introduce myself. 3 hours after the meeting, I suddenly realised.. I had introduced myself fluently! I said my name fluently for the first time in years! But you know why? Because I didn't care whether I stuttered or not. I didn't even notice I was saying it fluently at that moment because I wasn't paying attention to it. And that's why it was fluent. So I might still stutter on my name sometimes, but because I slowly stop giving a (..), it occasionally comes out fluently.
