RANT Ok I’m sorry if I come across negative, having one them days. Anyone here feel that they get paid less then others in their jobs compared to other coworkers even though you work harder than them. I’m the quiet type , due to my stutter. I go into work and put my head down and get the job done. I’m not the life and soul of a room, may come across as boring, not much banter etc. I feel this goes against me and it’s reason I don’t get same pay as others as I may come across as anti social etc. But I know I work harder than a lot of ppl that get paid more than me. I can’t help but feel my boss looks at my stutter as a negative...i do be verbal and speak about work stuff I’m just not great at the whole having banter thing. Starting to piss me off now, as I know the boss would never admit it if it was the reason!
