We’re the same but I started a year before. Tbh, I think once you get older it gets lesser and lesser, ie: I couldn’t order anything from a fast food place at 12, ;(I vividly remember these experiences) now I can do it fluently. I believe stuttering is a war and you have to keep persistent. Mine came from traumatic events although the reason I’m on this sub is because it’s came back and worse, but is due to recent surges in my anxiety so I’m not surprised, I’d suggest creating an alter ego
