I had a friend in high school who had a really bad stutter. Idk if it even was a real stutter cause it's like he couldn't even make the repeated sounds/stutter like normal. Idk if he was trying to fight the stutter or what but his mouth would move around but he would still stutter in the normal sense also. But it he wouldn't stutter a bunch of times on one word like a person normally would. There would be long pauses and he would fight to get word out then he would stutter maybe twice and the word would come out. It took him a minute to get one word out. But when he got high he would talk better than us.
