Having trouble getting a job as a fresh college graduate. Hi M23, I just joined this group because I’m not sure where else to go. I’ve made it to the final round of interviews multiple times (sometimes after four or more rounds), but I keep getting the same response when they choose another candidate: "The other candidate had more experience." I recently graduated with a degree in Operations Management and have worked all throughout college, including in roles at my university that directly relate to the entry-level jobs I’m applying for. I also make sure to mention my stutter in interviews, highlighting that I’ve worked hard to overcome it to be successful showing my past accomplishments prove that it hasn’t held me back. Still, I haven’t had any luck landing a job. Does anyone have any advice besides just keeping at it? Also, I’ve considered applying for disability, but after looking into it, I’ve had a hard time finding clear information.
