> Do you think speech therapy would be beneficial? I revisited speech therapy this year as a working adult. It helped me understand my stutter and anxieties. It helped me look at my stuttering like an iceberg with the visible parts (blocks, avoidances, shyness) and showed me all the hidden reasons for it. It helped me accept it as being a part of me that I will ~~probably~~ never be able to fully remove - and be ok with that... It might help you. Give it a try. But, I should tell you that my (group) therapy wasn't concentrating mostly on the motor aspects of stuttering. It concentrated on the social, mental and latent aspects of it.
