Does it happen to all or only stutters that they get physically exhausted after talking for some time? What's the actual reason behind this?

Does it happen to all or only stutters that they get physically exhausted after talking for some time? What's the actual reason behind this? I personally know noone other than me who even say that they get physically tired after talking for a small time like 5 mins. Is the speaking anxiety the reason for this? Or there are other reasons?
