The fact that they still went for the presentation and not just always hide is something to be proud of instead of always cowering in fear and not going for opportunities. Everybody can struggle with public speaking such as awkward long silences or repeating words or lots of "ummm" and if it bothers you then do your own thing. I would still applaud anyone who felt fear but went for something anyway. You're not their examiner.
