Legally, no. Socially, yes. I’ve been on several interviews where I picked up the facial cues where I knew I wasn’t getting the job because stuttering can get awkward for the listeners in professionally communicative situations. Alternatively, I once got a job because the guy that hired me later told me he thought it was “cute” - he never considered my veteran status, I guess. But I’ll say that anyone who wouldn’t hire you for your stutter - that’s probably not a job or environment you’d want anyway.
