Acceptance. It’s always going to be there. Yes it’s annoying. Yes it’s embarrassing. Nonetheless it’s apart of you. It makes you, you. I’m in my late 20s and that realization has taken me so long to accept. My anxiety would skyrocket due to social events out of fear of stuttering in front of people. Now, it’s significantly better. I would be lying if I said I’ve completely conquered my fears, but I’m closer every day.
