First off, you want to say you have a stutter to the recruiter, it'll ease your mind. If your can break down your name in syllables, try saying it that way, like " Ste - vie ", will sound weird but it'll only be your name. Try saying more words before your name, saying "nice to meet you" or something like that, the rhythm might help. When you begin to speak, tap your fingers on the table or on your leg in a rhythm. This'll be very weird but for me maintaining eye contact just makes me more nervous, so close your eyes briefly just on your name, as long as it only happens with your name it'll be fine. These are just some things that helps me, not always but its worth a try
