I'm 29 and Female. Please don't be discouraged. I had a similar experience where I was a trainee exacutive at my country's leading advertising agency. Due to my stuttering and fear of public speaking, I made my teams fail group exercises because I always stuttered during the presentations and ended up not talking, making my team lose points. This happened TWICE. After the trainee year was over, I was kicked out and jobless. Even though I excelled at the actual job I was doing and was one of the best trainees on the job. I was jobless for about 4 months till I got another Job and I have been excelling and rising very fast in my career since then. I daresay I am one of the best at what I do in my country. I am able to present better now although I still stutter off an on but my stuttering has decreased. Some people do not know I Stutter because I have been able to control it. Sometimes I think we stutterers put ourselves under excessive pressure. Just relax and take it easy. It's not the end of the world. I know it looks like it right now but I promise you it's not. You'll look back on this and smile. I know how you feel. Hang in there friend. If you ever want to talk, send me a message. I am rooting for you and I know you will succeed. 😊
